We offer both. Monthly corporate contracts are most popular as they provide predictable costs and priority service. We also accommodate ad-hoc or project-based requirements.

We primarily serve Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Manesar, and greater Haryana. For outstation business travel, we can arrange transportation across India.

Operations, Safety & Billing

All drivers undergo police background verification, license validation, and professional training before deployment. We conduct periodic performance reviews and retraining. Safety compliance is non-negotiable at Dharmu.

Yes. For women employees traveling on night shifts, we implement women’s safety protocols including verified female-friendly drivers, mandatory trip tracking, driver identity shared with employee before pickup, and direct emergency support line access.

Our GPS-enabled vehicles allow real-time tracking. Corporate account admins can request access to our trip monitoring dashboard. Detailed trip logs are also included in monthly reports.

We offer transparent monthly billing based on usage, routes, and headcount. You receive a detailed invoice with trip logs. There are no hidden charges — fuel, tolls, and maintenance are all factored into your agreed rate.

Our standard contracts are monthly or quarterly. We do not require long-term lock-in for most service types. Annual contracts are available at preferred rates.
